Winners Announcement!
We’re excited to announce the winners of the ACM-W x UXD Figma Hackathon: Reimagine, Redesign, Revolutionize!
First Place: Bank of America App Redesign by Lukas Seufert Lukas tackled the Bank of America mobile app, transforming its clunky UI and frustrating chatbot into a streamlined, user-friendly experience. His redesign simplifies navigation, improves accessibility, and enhances key features like bill pay, account overviews, & financial insights.
Second Place: Goodreads Redesign: Chapters Reimagined by Florentina Audrina Florentina reimagined Goodreads with a clean, intuitive interface that enhances book discovery and community engagement. Her redesign introduces color-coded genre tags, a revamped homepage, & a My Shelves feature for a more organized reading experience.
Honorable Mention: WhatsApp Redesign by Alyssa White Alyssa gave WhatsApp a modern, cohesive redesign, improving navigation and usability while keeping its core features intact. Inspired by her experience using WhatsApp abroad, she optimized the layout to make key features more accessible and visually engaging.
